- Q: I don't have a credit card, can I still order through the webstore?
- A: YES! Just go through the webstore normally by adding the desired product(s) to your shopping cart. When you go to checkout, you will be given multiple payment options. If you don't have a credit card, choose the 'Check/Money Order' option and continue with the checkout process. After you have completed the checkout process, simply print out a copy of your order receipt and send the payment to the address given during checkout.
- Q: When is my order going to ship?
- A: Most orders placed are sent out within 3 business days of your payment clearing. You will sent an email notifying you of your order being scheduled to ship. The email will include a delivery confirmation number to help in the tracking process. Please note that if you send an eCheck through PayPal or a personal check, the orders will be held until the payment clears.
- Q: How come the confirmation number in the email doesn't track the package properly?
- A: The number in the email is not a tracking number, it is only a delivery confirmation number. This number allows us to confirm an order has been delivered and helps us make claims with the USPS if the package is lost, but does not provide location and delivery estimates as a UPS tracking number would.
- Q: I don't live in the US, can I still place an orders?
- A: YES! We've shipped orders to almost every country, and are happy to continue to do so. Please note that International orders (excluding Canada) are not eligible for free shipping specials.
- Q: I am interested in placing an order for a record store or distribution company, who should I contact?
- A: Please contact us at store@marz.ws with the details of your company, contact information, and the approximate number of products (and which products) you wish to order.
- Q: I never received a shipment notification, how come?
- A: Most likely the email got stopped by your spam filter. Please check your junk mail folder and/or make sure store@marz.ws is on your safe list or in your address book
- Q: I ordered the MP3 version of the album, where will the links be sent?
- A: The download links will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account, or address given during the checkout process. If you don't see the email within two business days, please check your junk mail folder to ensure the email wasn't inadvertantly marked as spam. To help reduce the number of fraudulent orders we receive, the download links are not sent instantly. We are currently working on a solution that will allow access instantly - we will announce the implementation of the system here.
- Q: What is the quality of the MP3 versions?
- All MP3's are ripped at 192Kbps and are delivered in a single zip archive. While it is not required, a broadband/high-speed Internet connection is recommended, as the files are typically at least 50MB, and will take a long time to download over slow connections.
